Aaron
has been in ministry for over 18 years now. As a pastor in his second church start, He is still amazed
at how God works. God has been
truly faithful and amazing. Aaron
has been privileged to be part of a movement of churches that are changing the
face of how discipleship is done in churches in America. And because of this, he gets the
opportunity to travel and speak often.
Aaron
has a Master’s Degree from Hope International University and a Bachelor’s from
Boise Bible College. But his
greatest joy is his family. Aaron
has been married 18 years and has 4 kids.
They range in age from 15 to 6.
Aaron and his wife, Kelli, have served in ministry since the beginning of
their marriage and love the church and love watching God empower people to be
set free. |

Doug brings over 20 years of ministry and business
experience to our team. He has a
Bachelor degree from Hope Int’l University and a Masters Degree from Cincinnati
Bible Seminary. He has
worked as a consultant for small businesses and non-profits in the West, and
has served on church staffs in growing churches in Oregon, California, Arizona
& Ohio. He has been a featured speaker at conferences, and has been
published in periodicals in both the business and church-growth sectors.
Doug’s first love is God and his family. He has been married
to his wife Lisa for 19 years, and has two beautiful daughters (Courtney &
Heather) who are 15 & 14. He
loves the outdoors, sports and is very passionate about relational discipleship
and seeing lives and communities transformed by the power of Jesus Christ!

Charlie CouchMarriage and Family Coach

Charlie entered ministry as a youth minister in 1972. In 1974 he was called to a preaching pastorate. After graduating from Bible College in 1976 he moved from Ohio and served in chuches in Wyoming and Montana until he become a part of the staff at Real Life Ministries in 2001. He served the church in Post Falls, Idaho until 2007 when he moved to Moscow to work with RLM on the Palouse.
Charlie is the Marriage and Family Coach and serves as encouragement to the women's and senior's ministries. His tasks also includes preaching and counseling. His wife Eileen ministers along side Charlie with kitchen tasks which includes breakfast for the setup crew and communion preparation. |

Jonathan Smalley was born in Southern California and lived
and went to school there until 2005 when he moved to North Idaho. He has a
beautiful wife named Joy and four children: Luke, Anna, James and Julia. He has served in ministry at Real Life
On The Palouse for nearly 3 years and still loves it. His hobbies include
racquetball, water polo, bowling, table tennis, chess, and winning. |

Alex Little was born in Oregon but most of his childhood was spent in Olympia, WA. He graduated for Northwest University in 2005 with a degree in Religion and Philosophy. Alex and his wife, Carissa, where married June 9, 2007. They have one child, Landon, who will be two in September. Alex and Carissa have been part of Real Life OTP since the church’s first meeting. Alex is new to the Real Life team and is excited to be a part of what God is doing in peoples’ lives. |

Rachel has a degree in Elementary Education from Cornerstone University. She has taught in the classroom, done home daycare, and worked as a family advocate. These experiences along with being a mom to three great kids have prepared her for her role as our Children’s Ministry Coach. Josh Warfield Has been the Youth Coach at Real Life OTP since 2008. He Grew up in Ohio, and came to Idaho to pursue a Wildlife Biology Degree at University of Idaho. Josh Started out as a Youth leader when Real Life OTP was planted in 2007, and answered Gods call to ministry and started an Internship with the church. Josh is married to his wonderful wife Christina Warfield who has her Masters in Social Work and helps support him in the Youth Ministry. Josh’s passion is for youth and wants to help them succeed in life. His goal for them is to have a genuine relationship with Christ and for youth to reach others and make Disciples who can Disciple.

Derek MurphyConnections Coach

Derek started his journey into ministry when he was studying to become a network engineer. He felt he needed to care more deeply for the hearts of people and dig deep into scripture. He graduated from Boise Bible College in 2007 and moved to Tennessee with his wife Bri to work on a masters degree in Christian Care and Counseling. While working on his degree he began to see God shaping him to plant a church. After his coursework was done he moved back to the Northwest in 2010 to join Real Life as an apprentice under Aaron Couch to learn the art of church planting.
Throughout his ministry training Derek has been given the opportunity to work with youth, children and serve in pastoral and preaching ministries, he started preaching at the community church in Ola, ID and continued preaching in Bluff City, Tennessee, before he moved back to Idaho. Derek's three main responsibilities lie in community Impact, rural church planting and overseeing pastoral care for our church. |

Jon came to real life as part of an invitation from a co-worker and has ever since loved both the team and the way God has used his skills. He and his new wife live in Moscow and are excited about what God is going to do with them as they work to know Christ more fully. Jon loves people and has been blessed with an ability to work with technology and music. He is fortunate enough to get to work in an environment where he can express his creativity and take care of people all the while. |

Kelli graduated from Boise Bible College with a degree in Bible and Music. She has been in the Worship Arts ministry in some capacity, for over 20 years. Along with Aaron, she has been a part of 2 church plants and experienced God doing more than she could have ever imagined. Her passion is for music and inspiring others to a greater abandon in worship, teaching women how to study the Word, and has a heart for pastors’ wives. |
