Values
As we grow together in spiritual maturity, we have four guiding values that help us achieve our vision and mission:

Kingdom
God invites all of us to partner with Him to bring His Kingdom crashing into earth. This means that we live a life that puts Him on display: keeping an eternal perspective, being generous and hospitable, having an outward mindset, seeing ministry opportunities everywhere, and serving others.

Family
We all yearn be seen, heard and understood. As such, we strive to be people who are vulnerable, authentic, forgiving, loving, inviting, and accepting. A safe family environment is one where it is okay to ask questions and even disagree, because family fights for relationship, not to be right.

Ownership
We want everyone at Real Life to have a stake in what we are trying to accomplish for the Kingdom of God. Ownership conveys a sense of responsibility, a “first in, last out” mentality. People tend to fix and care for the things that they own.

Empowerment
Bringing the good news about the Kingdom of God and the work of Jesus Christ is not reserved for vocational ministers. 1 Peter 2:9 speaks of the priesthood of every believer. This means every follower of Jesus is a minister for the Lord. We are here to call out people’s potential, connect them to purpose, equip them to do it, and give them places to practice.
